Visualizing partisan discourse

I highly recommend this blog, it tends to have some interesting information posted on it.

Several researchers conducted a study of the types of discourse used by Republicans/Democrats when speaking in terms of various topics (there is an interesting dynamic visualization of discourse on defense), noting the partisan differences of language. Apparently there is a paper forthcoming on the topic.. check it out.
